Applicable materials: Covering wiper specific materials such as EPDM rubber, natural rubber, modified plastics, spring steel, metal stamping parts, etc.

Applicable scenarios: Used for wiper factory inspection, type testing, vehicle adaptation verification, durability performance evaluation, environmental adaptability testing, after-sales quality judgment, and quality arbitration testing.

Appearance and size inspection: There are no cracks, deformations, burrs, delamination, or exposed bones on the appearance; Detect the length, curvature, installation hole spacing, rubber strip cross-sectional dimensions, wiper arm angle, and geometric tolerances of the wiper.
Scratching performance testing: assessment of wiping cleanliness, blind spots, residual water marks, and stripe defects; Scratching smoothness, high-speed/low-speed scraping effect, and ability to scrape in rainy and snowy environments.
Mechanical performance testing: wiper arm compression force, spring tension, connection mechanism tensile detachment force, rubber strip tensile strength, tear strength, anti overturning performance, wind load resistance performance testing.
Durability testing: evaluation of reciprocating scraping and brushing cycle life, high and low temperature durability life, rubber strip wear life, transmission mechanism fatigue life, and long-term use attenuation performance.
Environmental adaptability testing: high and low temperature storage and operation performance, wet heat aging, ozone aging, UV aging, salt spray corrosion, glass water/antifreeze resistance, low temperature hardening resistance testing.
Noise and operational performance testing: detection of scraping noise, abnormal operating noise, shaking, jumping, and jamming phenomena, and evaluation of the stability of the windshield adhesion.
