Applicable materials: covering inner and outer rubber layer materials such as natural rubber, nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, EPDM rubber, silicone rubber, reinforcing layer materials such as fibers and steel wires, and supporting components such as joints and fasteners.

Appearance and size inspection: The appearance is free of bubbles, cracks, impurities, exposed fabric, exposed steel wire, delamination, scars, and unevenness; Detect inner diameter, outer diameter, wall thickness, length, reinforcement layer position, eccentricity, bending radius, and dimensional deviation.
Physical and mechanical performance testing: Shore A hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break, tear strength, compression set, interlayer bonding strength, rubber and reinforcement layer bonding strength testing.
Pressure and sealing performance testing: evaluation of working pressure, pressure resistance, burst pressure, pulse pressure performance, leakage rate, airtightness, and hydraulic sealing performance.
Medium resistance performance testing: Oil resistance, water resistance, steam resistance, coolant resistance, acid and alkali resistance, solvent resistance, hydraulic oil resistance, chemical reagent resistance performance testing.
