Applicable materials: Suitable for inner tubes made of airtight rubber materials such as butyl rubber, chlorinated butyl rubber, brominated butyl rubber, natural rubber, etc., including supporting components such as valves and gaskets.
Applicable scenarios: Used for incoming inspection of raw materials, factory inspection of finished products, type testing, quality assessment of in use inner tubes, airtightness verification, safety performance testing, and quality arbitration testing.
Testing items
Appearance and size inspection: The appearance is free of bubbles, impurities, scars, cracks, missing glue, visible scars, and exposed white; Detect the outer diameter, inner diameter, cross-sectional diameter, length, valve installation position, and dimensional tolerances of the inner tube.
Physical and chemical performance testing: Shore A hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break, 300% tensile stress, tear strength, compression set, and hot air aging performance testing.
Airtightness performance testing: room temperature airtightness, high temperature airtightness, pressure attenuation rate, and pressure leakage testing.
Safety performance testing: burst pressure, flexural cracking resistance, ozone aging resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, high and low temperature resistance.
Valve performance testing: adhesion strength between valve and inner tube, valve airtightness, valve sealing, and pull-out resistance.
Process and supporting testing: assessment of pad adaptability, fit between inner and outer tires, joint strength, and vulcanization quality.
