Product Introduction

Testing Scope
Applicable materials: Suitable for various stainless steel materials such as austenitic, ferritic, martensitic, duplex, precipitation hardening, etc.
Applicable objects: including stainless steel plates, rods, pipes, wires, profiles, forgings, castings, fasteners, pipe fittings, and mechanical structural components.
Applicable states: including different supply and heat treatment states such as hot rolling, cold rolling, annealing, solid solution, aging, etc.
Testing purpose: Used for stainless steel incoming material acceptance, chemical composition review, material grade determination, production quality control, failure analysis, and engineering quality acceptance.
Test Item
Main alloy element detection: Determine the content of core alloy elements such as chromium, nickel, molybdenum, manganese, silicon, nitrogen, titanium, niobium, etc. in stainless steel.
Carbon content detection: detect the carbon element content, determine the stainless steel grade and performance matching.
Impurity element detection: detect the content of harmful and residual impurity elements such as sulfur, phosphorus, copper, aluminum, etc.
Composition conformity assessment: Compare the corresponding brand standard requirements to determine whether the chemical composition is qualified.
Grade assisted identification: Based on the measured composition, confirm the specific grade of stainless steel.
