Applicable materials: Suitable for natural rubber, synthetic rubber (such as styrene butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber), latex sponge and supporting fabrics, accessories, adhesives, etc.

Testing items

 

Appearance and size inspection: There are no bulges, cracks, impurities, color differences, damages, or delamination on the appearance; Detect mattress length, width, thickness and deviation, edge flatness, diagonal difference, and dimensional stability (after temperature and humidity treatment).
Basic physical properties: apparent density, Shore hardness (C type), rebound rate, compression set (75% compression rate, 24h), 65%/25% compression ratio (supportive index), breathability, moisture permeability, tensile strength, elongation at break, tear strength.
Durability: Repeated compression durability (≥ 50000 cycles, deformation increment ≤ 5%), fatigue life, hardness retention rate, elastic recovery rate (height recovery ratio after compression ≥ 95%).
Environmental Protection and Safety Performance: Formaldehyde Release, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) Release, Migration of Heavy Metals (Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, Chromium, etc.), Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs), Azo Dyes, Sensitizing Substances, Odor Rating (≤ Level 3).
Hygiene performance: antibacterial performance (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, etc., inhibition rate ≥ 99%), anti mold performance (Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus nidulans, etc.), anti mite performance (mite avoidance rate ≥ 90%), microbial contamination (total bacterial count, mold and yeast count).
Special performance: combustion performance (flame retardancy, ignition characteristics, oxygen index ≥ 26%), noise reduction effect (dynamic noise increment ≤ 10dB (A)), aging resistance (hot air aging, UV aging), liquid resistance (water resistance, sweat resistance).
