Applicable objects: including welded joints, castings, forgings, plates, pipes, pressure vessels, industrial pipelines, steel structures, aerospace components, and other internal defect detection workpieces.
Applicable scenarios: Used for internal volume defect detection of workpieces, product manufacturing quality acceptance, regular inspection of in-service equipment, non-destructive testing judgment, and defect level assessment.
Testing items
Internal defect detection: detection of defects such as porosity, slag inclusion, shrinkage, porosity, incomplete penetration, incomplete fusion, cracks, looseness, inclusions, segregation, etc.
Defect parameter determination: evaluation of defect location, shape, size, distribution status, and equivalent size.
Verification of transmission process: Verification of transmission direction, focal length, voltage, current, exposure time, and rationality of film/imaging board selection.
