Product Introduction

Testing range
Applicable materials: Suitable for ferromagnetic metal materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, etc., not suitable for non ferromagnetic materials such as austenitic stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, etc.
Applicable objects: including forgings, castings, welded parts, steel structures, pipelines, shafts, gears, fasteners, molds, and various ferromagnetic mechanical structural components.
Applicable scenarios: Used for surface and near surface defect detection of workpieces, manufacturing quality acceptance, regular inspection of in-service equipment, non-destructive testing judgment, and defect level assessment.
Testing items
Surface and near surface defect detection: detection of cracks, hairlines, folds, inclusions, white spots, looseness, lack of fusion, lack of penetration, and other defects.
Magnetization method detection: circumferential magnetization, longitudinal magnetization, composite magnetization, and verification of the rationality of magnetization specifications.
Application of magnetic particle types: fluorescent magnetic particle, non fluorescent magnetic particle testing and corresponding observation method evaluation.
Record the location, shape, size of defects, and determine the nature of defects.
Sensitivity verification: Use standard test blocks and test pieces to verify system sensitivity and operational accuracy.
Defect acceptance level determination, testing result recording, and rating.
