Applicable objects: including plates, rods, pipes, forgings, castings, welded joints, steel structures, pressure vessels, shafts, gears and other components.
Applicable scenarios: Used for internal defect detection of workpieces, manufacturing quality acceptance, regular inspection of in-service equipment, non-destructive testing judgment, and defect rating.
Testing items
Internal defect detection: detection of defects such as cracks, lack of penetration, lack of fusion, slag inclusion, porosity, shrinkage porosity, white spots, delamination, and looseness.
Defect parameter determination: determination of defect location, depth, length, height, and equivalent size.
Verification of flaw detection methods: longitudinal wave, transverse wave, surface wave, plate wave detection and coupling methods, and validation of probe selection rationality.
System sensitivity calibration: Use standard test blocks and reference blocks for sensitivity, sound velocity, and range calibration.
Record and determine the location, shape, and nature of defects.
Defect acceptance level evaluation, testing result recording, and report preparation.
