Scope of evaluation
Applicable materials: Suitable for metal structural materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, titanium alloy, high-temperature alloy, as well as some non-metallic materials such as engineering plastics, nylon, glued laminated wood, ceramics, etc.
Applicable objects: covering shaft, disc sleeve, gear, box, bracket, valve body, precision parts, molds, welded parts and forgings, and subsequent mechanical processing finished products and semi-finished products.
Applicable scenarios: Used for rational evaluation of machining process routes, optimization of cutting parameters, evaluation of fixture compatibility, acceptance of machining quality, analysis of machining defects, evaluation of production efficiency and stability, process improvement, and verification of batch machining consistency.
Evaluate the project
Reasonability evaluation of process plan: evaluation of the rationality and economy of processing procedures, process routes, positioning benchmarks, clamping methods, processing sequences, and cutting processes.
Dimensional and positional accuracy evaluation: detection and evaluation of geometric tolerances such as external dimensions, aperture, groove width, length, thickness, coaxiality, perpendicularity, parallelism, roundness, cylindricity, and positional accuracy.

Mechanical processing defect analysis: determination and improvement analysis of the causes of defects such as chatter, cutting, cutting, deformation, dimensional deviation, burrs, strains, cracks, burns, and roundness deviation.
Process compatibility evaluation: evaluation of the connection and compatibility with the preceding and succeeding processes such as heat treatment, surface treatment, welding, forging, and the rationality of the overall process chain.
