Detection range

 

Applicable materials: Suitable for various conductive metal materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, titanium alloy, etc., not suitable for non-conductive materials.

Applicable objects: including seamless pipes, welded pipes, rods, wires, profiles, shafts, thin-walled parts, heat exchange tubes, fasteners, and various conductive metal mechanical components.

Applicable scenarios: Used for surface and near surface defect detection of workpieces, quality acceptance of raw materials and finished products, regular inspection of in-service equipment, material sorting, and non-destructive testing judgment.

 

Testing items

 

Surface and near surface defect detection: detection of defects such as cracks, hairlines, folds, inclusions, pits, corrosion pits, and wall thickness reduction.

Material sorting and state discrimination: Material mixing identification and heat treatment state determination based on conductivity differences.

Wall thickness measurement: detection of wall thickness uniformity for thin-walled pipes and thin-walled parts.

Testing methods and parameter verification: Application of through type, insertion type, and point type probes, verification of testing frequency, sensitivity, and gain calibration.

Record the location, size, and shape of defects, and determine the nature of defects.

System performance verification: Sensitivity, resolution, and system stability are verified using standard comparative samples.

Defect acceptance level evaluation, testing result recording, and report preparation.
