Applicable products: including plates, bars, profiles, pipes, wires, forgings, castings, welded joints, and various mechanical components.
Applicable states: including as cast, hot-rolled, cold-rolled, annealed, normalized, quenched and tempered, solid solution, aging and other heat treatment and processing states.
Purpose of Inspection: Used for material acceptance, heat treatment process evaluation, mechanical property verification, quality control, and failure analysis.

Average grain size determination: Determine the average grain size level of the metal material matrix.
Grain uniformity assessment: Check the uniformity of grain size and determine whether there are mixed grains, coarse grains, or fine grains.
