Scope of inspection
Applicable materials: Suitable for materials such as austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, austenitic ferritic stainless steel, and stainless steel welded joints.
Applicable workpieces: including stainless steel pipelines, pressure vessels, fittings, welded structural components, forgings, castings, and various stainless steel products.
Inspection purpose: Used for welding quality control, material acceptance at the factory, heat treatment organization evaluation, corrosion resistance and mechanical performance verification.
Inspection Item
Quantitative detection of ferrite content: determining the volume fraction and mass fraction of ferrite in materials or welds.
Ferrite morphology assessment: Observing the morphology, distribution, and uniformity of ferrite.
Ferrite organization determination: Distinguish ferrite morphology such as strip, mesh, block, etc., and determine whether the organization is qualified.
Abnormal organization inspection: detecting abnormal conditions such as high, low, and biased ferrite content that affect performance.
