Product Introduction

Scope of Inspection
Low magnification organization inspection (also known as macroscopic organization inspection) is a testing and evaluation of the macroscopic structure and defects of materials at a magnification of ≤ 40 times, suitable for a variety of materials and products:
Black metal: carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, cast iron, forged steel, rolled steel, etc
Nonferrous metals: aluminum alloys, copper alloys, titanium alloys, magnesium alloys, etc
Other materials: welded joints, castings, forgings, rolled materials and other hot processed products
Deformed processed products such as plates, strips, foils, profiles, pipes, bars, wires, etc
Semi finished products such as cakes, rings, ingots, forgings, etc
Finished products such as welded structural components, pressure vessels, and aircraft engine parts
Defect screening: Identify macroscopic defects such as pores, shrinkage cavities, cracks, inclusions, white spots, etc
Process diagnosis: Analyze the tissue abnormalities caused by casting, forging, welding and other processes. Quality grading: Determine whether the material meets the relevant standard requirements for acceptance and quality control
Inspection items
Macro organizational analysis: macro grading of grain size, streamline distribution morphology, and evaluation of organizational uniformity
Loose defect detection: general looseness, central looseness, porosity measurement
Segregation defect detection: ingot segregation, spot segregation, center segregation, white bright band
Crack type defect detection: surface cracks, internal cracks, white spots (hairlines), welding cracks
Hole type defect detection: shrinkage, subcutaneous bubbles, pores
Other defect detection: non-metallic inclusions, fusion line assessment, decarburization layer detection
