Bearing Capacity Testing

1. Appearance quality
The main control project should not have serious defects such as exposed reinforcement, holes, and cracks, and should also clearly indicate the production unit, specifications, production date, and quality acceptance mark in prominent locations.
2. Dimensional deviation
The height (± 5), lateral bending (l/750 and<20), and thickness of the main reinforcement protective layer (+5, -3) in the geometric dimensions should not have any dimensional deviations that affect the structural performance and installation/use functions.
3. Concrete strength
The strength grade of concrete is divided according to the standard value of cube compressive strength. The standard value of compressive strength of concrete for floor slabs should not be less than 30MPa, and the inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the "Standard for Testing and Evaluation of Concrete Strength" (GB/T 50107-2010).
4. Mechanical properties
The mechanical performance of floor bearing capacity testing only tests three parameters: bearing capacity, crack resistance, and deflection. The mechanical performance test must meet the following conditions: the test should be conducted in a temperature environment above 0 ℃; Stay away from the source of vibration, the site should be flat, and the support pier foundation should be solid; The appearance quality and dimensional deviation should be inspected and qualified; It is strictly prohibited to collide with floor slabs under stress for mechanical performance testing; The concrete curing time reaches 28 days. On the basis of passing the appearance quality inspection and dimensional deviation inspection, three pieces of floor slabs are selected for mechanical performance testing. One piece is used for inspection, and the other two pieces are prepared for inspection.
