Physical and mechanical performance testing: testing of breaking strength, elongation at break, constant load elongation, elastic recovery rate, peel strength, tear strength, rope tensile properties, and fabric stiffness.
Immersion bonding performance testing: evaluation of bonding strength (H pull-out force), immersion amount, bonding uniformity, thermal bonding strength, and dynamic bonding performance with rubber to verify the reliability of fabric rubber bonding.
Thermal and dimensional stability testing: testing of thermal shrinkage rate, dry heat shrinkage rate, high-temperature dimensional stability, thermal stress relaxation performance, and high-temperature mechanical performance retention rate.
Aging performance testing: hot air aging, ozone aging, UV aging performance, testing the strength retention rate, elongation retention rate, and adhesive strength retention rate after aging.
