Applicable products: Suitable for various closed inflatable rubber air cushion products such as industrial shock absorber rubber air cushion, inflatable support air cushion, equipment cushioning rubber air cushion, air spring rubber air cushion, ship fender inflatable air cushion, and construction rubber inflatable air cushion, including air nozzles, valves, connecting accessories and other supporting components.

Applicable materials: Covering airtight rubber materials such as butyl rubber, EPDM rubber, natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, as well as fabric reinforcement materials such as polyester cord and nylon canvas.

Applicable scenarios: Used for raw material incoming inspection, finished product factory acceptance, type testing, on-site installation testing, durability performance evaluation, sealing performance verification, environmental adaptability testing, and quality arbitration testing.

Appearance and size inspection: There are no cracks, bubbles, delamination, missing glue, or pinholes on the appearance; The air nozzle is firmly installed without looseness; Detect the external dimensions, wall thickness, height, nozzle position, and dimensional tolerance evaluation.

Physical and mechanical performance testing: Shore hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break, tear strength, compression set, rated bearing capacity, compressive performance, impact resistance testing.

Airtightness and pressure resistance performance testing: static airtightness (pressure decay rate), dynamic airtightness, pressure resistance test, burst pressure test, leakage point detection.

Durability and environmental adaptability testing: hot air aging, ozone aging, low temperature flexibility, oil/acid/alkali/seawater resistance, salt spray corrosion, gas filling fatigue life, high and low temperature adaptability testing.

Adhesive performance testing: evaluation of adhesive strength between rubber and fabric reinforcement layer, adhesive strength of air cushion joint, and adhesive strength of adhesive layer.

Functional performance testing: testing of shock absorption and buffering performance, support stability, deformation recovery performance, and valve sealing performance.
