Testing items

 

Appearance and size inspection: Check the surface smoothness, color uniformity, and whether there are defects such as bubbles, cracks, burrs, impurities, etc; Measure dimensions such as diameter/width, thickness, length, perimeter, etc., evaluate diameter uniformity, edge neatness, and thickness consistency.
Mechanical performance testing: tensile strength (maximum tensile strength before fracture), elongation at break (proportion of tensile deformation), tensile stress (stress value at specific elongation), permanent deformation rate (residual deformation after unloading), resilience (deformation recovery ability), tear strength (resistance to tearing), hardness (Shore A hardness), tensile fatigue life (number of damages under cyclic tension).
Aging performance testing: hot air aging (performance degradation rate at 70 ℃/100 ℃), ozone aging (cracking and performance changes), ultraviolet aging (strength retention rate), high and low temperature resistance (flexibility and functional retention at -40 ℃~120 ℃).
Environmental adaptability testing: water resistance (water absorption expansion rate and performance changes), oil resistance (performance changes after contact with mineral oil/vegetable oil), acid and alkali resistance (corrosion resistance in acidic and alkaline environments), wear resistance (surface wear resistance), low-temperature brittleness (fracture resistance in cold environments).
Safety and hygiene testing: harmful substance content (heavy metals, plasticizers, formaldehyde, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons), food contact migration (meeting food grade standards), microbial indicators (total bacterial count, pathogenic bacteria, special testing for medical/food rubber bands), odor (no irritating odor).
Component analysis and testing: element content (sulfur content, percentage of carbon black), additive concentration (residual amount of plasticizers and antioxidants), material identification (infrared spectroscopy analysis).
