Applicable products: Suitable for metal surface conversion coatings (films), including phosphating coatings, passivation coatings, oxide coatings, silane coatings, chromium free coatings, rust proof coatings, pre-treatment coatings for painting, etc.

Applicable substrates: surface treatment coatings for metal materials such as steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum and aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys, etc.

Applicable scenarios: Used for film quality testing in pre coating treatment, rust prevention, lubrication, enhanced adhesion, electrical insulation, corrosion resistance and other working conditions.

Appearance and morphology: color, uniformity, crystalline state, presence or absence of dust, discoloration, exposed substrate, cracks, pinholes.

Thickness detection: film thickness, unit area film weight (g/m ²).

Adhesion testing: adhesion between film and substrate, cross cutting method, bending test, impact test.

Corrosion resistance: neutral salt spray, acidic salt spray, wet heat test, immersion test, rust prevention performance evaluation.

Physical and chemical properties: surface resistance, insulation, porosity, water absorption, film hardness.

Coating compatibility: adhesion with coating/electrophoretic layer, impact resistance, peel resistance, weather resistance.

Composition and Environmental Protection: Analysis of Film Composition, Content of Heavy Metals (Hexavalent Chromium, Lead, Cadmium, Mercury).
