Applicable materials: Covering rubber materials such as natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber, as well as skeleton materials such as cotton, nylon, polyester, and steel wire rope.

Applicable scenarios: Used for raw material incoming inspection, finished product delivery inspection, type testing, in use conveyor belt monitoring, joint quality inspection, safety performance evaluation, failure analysis, and quality arbitration testing.

Appearance and size inspection: There are no bubbles, cracks, scars, exposed fabric, exposed core, or missing glue on the appearance; Detect width, thickness, length, interlayer spacing, longitudinal and transverse thickness differences, and edge flatness.
Physical and mechanical performance testing: tensile strength, elongation at break, interlayer bonding strength, bonding strength between covering adhesive and fabric layer, bonding strength between steel wire rope and rubber, wear, hardness, elasticity, tear strength, impact strength.
Safety and flame retardant performance testing: drum friction test, alcohol spray lamp combustion test, propane combustion test, tunnel propane combustion test, conductivity, anti-static performance.
Environmental adaptability testing: heat resistance, low temperature resistance, hot air aging performance, ozone aging performance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and mold resistance.
Joint performance testing: evaluation of tensile strength, joint efficiency, joint durability, joint deformation and cracking of conveyor belt joints.
Performance testing: evaluation of grooving, lateral stiffness, longitudinal stiffness, running deviation, running resistance, and service life.
Non destructive testing: Testing for steel wire rope breakage, corrosion, looseness, and delamination inside the steel wire rope core conveyor belt.
