Applicable materials: polyether and polyester PU foam raw materials, composite materials, foam products, and composite products.

Appearance and size inspection: The appearance has no collapse, cracking, hollowing, color difference, or impurities; Detect dimensional deviation, density, thickness, uniformity, and pore structure.

Physical and mechanical properties: tensile strength, elongation at break, compressive strength, indentation hardness, rebound rate, compressive permanent deformation, tear strength, shear strength.

Durability and performance: repeated compression fatigue, dimensional stability, creep performance, sound absorption performance, breathability, cushioning performance.

Environmental protection and safety performance: formaldehyde emission, VOC emission, odor level, limits of harmful substances such as heavy metals, free TDI, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, etc.

Flame retardant performance: oxygen index, horizontal combustion, vertical combustion, smoke density, toxic smoke detection, meets the flame retardant requirements of buildings/automobiles/furniture.
