Scope of Inspection
Applicable materials: including brass, bronze, white copper, pure copper (purple copper), various deformed copper alloys, and cast copper alloys.
Applicable workpieces: Suitable for copper alloy bars, plates, strips, pipes, wires, castings, forgings, stamped parts, welded joints and other products.
Inspection purpose: Used for material incoming acceptance, production process quality control, casting/forging/heat treatment/welding process verification, failure analysis, and metallographic quality qualification judgment.

Grain size assessment: Determine the average grain size to assess the degree of recrystallization and grain uniformity.
