Product Introduction

Scope of inspection
Applicable materials: Suitable for various types of tin and tin alloys such as industrial pure tin, tin lead solder, tin based bearing alloys, tin copper alloys, tin silver alloys, tin zinc alloys, lead-free solder, etc.
Applicable objects: including tin ingots, tin bars, tin wires, tin plates, tin foils, tin tubes, tin castings, tin forgings, solder products, bearing alloys, tin plated products, and tin components for electronics, chemicals, machinery, and aerospace.
Applicable states: including casting, forging, cold working, annealing, aging and other processing and heat treatment states.
Inspection purpose: Used for tin material grade identification, incoming material acceptance, production quality control, inventory classification, spare parts replacement, waste tin material recycling, failure analysis, and material traceability.
Inspection Item
Quantitative analysis of chemical composition: Accurately determine the content of the base element tin, as well as the content of alloy elements and impurity elements such as lead, copper, silver, zinc, antimony, bismuth, cadmium, arsenic, iron, nickel, aluminum, etc.
Microstructure inspection: Observe grain size, phase composition, casting structure, deformation and recrystallization structure to determine the microstructure state and whether there are abnormal structures.
Hardness testing: Measuring Brinell, Vickers, or Rockwell hardness to assist in distinguishing different grades and heat treatment states.
Mechanical performance testing: When necessary, measure mechanical indicators such as tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation for grade review.
Comparison and determination of grades: Compare the composition, structure, and properties with standard grades to determine the specific grades of tin and tin alloys.
Surface quality inspection: Check for defects such as inclusions, pores, cracks, shrinkage cavities, segregation, etc. on the surface.
