Testing items

 

(1) Appearance and physical and chemical properties
Appearance, color, odor, condition, pH value, density, viscosity, solid content, moisture, insoluble matter, dilution stability, conductivity.

(2) Degreasing and cleaning performance
Oil removal rate, degreasing efficiency, cleaning power, cleanliness, surface tension, wetting permeability, rinsing performance, drying performance, and hard water resistance.

(3) Stability indicators
Low temperature stability, thermal stability, storage stability, high and low temperature cycling stability, no stratification, no precipitation, no turbidity, and no deterioration.

(4) Corrosivity and material compatibility
Corrosion, quality changes, appearance changes, hardness changes, and swelling rate of carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, zinc, magnesium alloys, galvanized sheets, electroplated coatings, rubber, and plastics.

(5) Environmental and safety indicators
VOC content, formaldehyde, benzene derivatives, methanol, phosphate, nitrogen, chloride ions, heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, arsenic), biodegradability, flash point, acute toxicity, skin/eye irritation.

(6) Usage performance
Foam characteristics, service life, regeneration, compatibility with spray/immersion/ultrasonic equipment, stability of working fluid, residual amount.
