Product Introduction

Scope of inspection
Applicable materials: Suitable for various unknown grades of ferrous metals (carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron, etc.) and non-ferrous metals (aluminum alloy, copper alloy, titanium alloy, zinc alloy, magnesium alloy, etc.).
Applicable objects: profiles, plates, bars, pipes, forgings, castings, structural components, scrap metals, spare parts, and on-site unknown metal workpieces of unknown materials.
Applicable scenarios: material incoming review, inventory classification, spare parts replacement, failure analysis, engineering acceptance, identification of waste materials, laboratory material identification.
Inspection Item
Quantitative analysis of chemical composition: detecting the content of matrix elements, alloy elements, and impurity elements to determine the composition and proportion of elements.
Microstructure observation: Determine the metal structure and distinguish categories such as steel, cast iron, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, etc.
Hardness testing: assists in determining material category and heat treatment status.
Auxiliary determination of mechanical properties: When necessary, measure indicators such as strength and plasticity.
Grade comparison and judgment: Compare the composition, organization, and performance with the standard grade to determine the closest material grade.
Material conformity assessment: Determine whether the test results meet the standard requirements of the corresponding brand.
