Scope of evaluation
Applicable materials: Suitable for various metal sheets, strips, and stamping forming materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, galvanized sheet, cold-rolled sheet, pickled sheet, etc.
Applicable objects: covering automotive stamping parts, home appliance casings, hardware structural parts, electronic stamping parts, molds, stamped parts, and various cold stamped components.
Applicable scenarios: Used for stamping process scheme verification, mold design rationality evaluation, sheet metal forming performance evaluation, stamping part quality acceptance, process parameter optimization, stamping defect analysis, and batch production stability evaluation.
Evaluate the project
Stamping performance evaluation: including tensile, bending, flanging, bulging, reaming, deep drawing performance evaluation, and forming limit diagram (FLD) analysis.
Dimensional accuracy and positional tolerance evaluation: Inspection and evaluation of the external dimensions, hole positions, flatness, perpendicularity, rebound amount, etc. of stamped parts.
Surface quality evaluation: Inspection and evaluation of surface roughness, scratches, strains, wrinkles, cracks, burrs, deformations, orange peel and other defects.
