Product Introduction

Detection range
Applicable materials: Suitable for black metals such as carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, stainless steel, as well as non-ferrous metals such as copper alloy, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, etc. It is mainly used for hardness testing of raw materials, castings and forgings, annealed and quenched and tempered parts, and is not suitable for surface thin layers, extremely hard or thin materials.
Applicable objects: including plates, bars, pipes, profiles, castings, forgings, blanks, semi-finished products, structural components, and welded joints.
Applicable scenarios: Used for incoming inspection of raw materials, quality assessment of castings and forgings, verification of heat treatment effects, factory acceptance of products, material uniformity testing, and failure analysis.
Testing items
Brinell hardness (HBW) measurement: A hard alloy ball indenter is used to measure the Brinell hardness value of the material under a specified test force.
Hardness uniformity testing: detecting the Brinell hardness deviation of different parts of the workpiece and evaluating the material uniformity.
Hardness testing of castings and forgings: testing the Brinell hardness of castings, forging blanks, and finished products.
Hardness testing after heat treatment: testing the Brinell hardness of workpieces after annealing, normalizing, and tempering treatment.
Hardness qualification assessment: Compare the technical requirements to determine whether the Brinell hardness meets the specifications.
