Applicable environment simulation: including high temperature and high pressure CO ₂/H ₂ S corrosion environment, high temperature and high pressure steam environment, high temperature and high pressure acid-base salt solution environment, high temperature and high pressure multiphase flow corrosion environment, etc. It can simulate extreme working conditions with a maximum temperature of 400 ℃ and a maximum pressure of 150MPa, and adapt to the actual service conditions of different industries.

Testing items

 

Uniform corrosion rate test: The average corrosion rate of materials in high temperature and high pressure environments is measured by weight method, electrochemical method, etc., to quantify the material's ability to resist uniform corrosion.
Local corrosion detection: detect the types and degrees of local corrosion such as pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and intergranular corrosion, and analyze the sensitivity of local corrosion.
Environmental cracking test: including stress corrosion cracking (SCC), sulfide stress cracking (SSC), hydrogen induced cracking (HIC), corrosion fatigue and other tests, to evaluate the anti cracking performance of materials in high-temperature and high-pressure corrosive environments.
Electrochemical performance testing: Conduct tests such as dynamic potential polarization curve, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and linear polarization resistance to analyze the electrochemical behavior and corrosion mechanism of materials in high-temperature and high-pressure corrosive environments.

Corrosion product analysis: X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and other methods are used to analyze the composition, structure and morphology characteristics of corrosion products, revealing the corrosion process and mechanism.
