Testing items
Sensitivity assessment of intergranular corrosion: Evaluate whether the sample undergoes intergranular corrosion in a standard corrosive medium.
Corrosion morphology observation: Macroscopic examination of corrosion appearance, microscopic observation of grain boundary corrosion characteristics, depth, and extension range.
Bending test detection: After corrosion, bend the sample and check whether there are intergranular corrosion cracks on the surface.
Corrosion level assessment: Divide the corresponding corrosion level according to the degree of intergranular corrosion.
