Scope of inspection
Applicable materials: Suitable for various types of aluminum and aluminum alloys such as industrial pure aluminum, 1-9 series deformed aluminum alloys, cast aluminum alloys, die cast aluminum alloys, etc.
Applicable objects: covering aluminum and aluminum alloy sheets, rods, profiles, pipes, wires, strips, forgings, castings, die-casting parts, and various aluminum product components.
Inspection purpose: Used for aluminum grade identification, incoming material acceptance, production quality control, inventory classification, spare parts replacement, and failure analysis material judgment.
Inspection Item
Quantitative detection of chemical composition: Determine the content of aluminum matrix and alloy elements such as silicon, copper, magnesium, manganese, zinc, iron, chromium, titanium, as well as impurity elements.
Microstructure inspection: Observe grain size, phase composition, as cast/deformed/recrystallized microstructure, and determine the microstructure state.
Hardness testing: Measuring Brinell and Vickers hardness to assist in distinguishing grades and heat treatment states.
Grade comparison and determination: Compare the composition, structure, and properties with the standard grade to determine the grade of aluminum and aluminum alloy.
Organizational defect inspection: detecting micro defects such as inclusions, looseness, porosity, segregation, cracks, etc.
