(1) Product Range
Special Cosmetics (Registration Management): Market Supervision Administration for Spot Whitening, Sunscreen, Hair Loss Prevention, Acne Removal, Hair Dyeing, Perming, Hair Development, Hair Removal, Beauty Milk, Bodybuilding, and Deodorizing Products.
General cosmetics (filing management): the General Administration of Market Supervision of skin care, cosmetics, cleaning, hair care, perfume, infant cosmetics, and non special efficacy products.
Imported cosmetics: Registration of imported special cosmetics and filing of imported general cosmetics with the State Administration for Market Regulation.
New cosmetic ingredients: natural/artificial ingredients used domestically for the first time; Adjust the usage purpose and safe usage amount of the already used raw materials, and register/file them on the Chinese government website as new raw materials.

(2) Responsible parties and scenarios

(1) Basic Data Project
