Testing items

 

Thermal conductivity: The inherent heat transfer capacity of the material, measured in W/(m・K), the lower the value, the better.
Insulation materials ≤ 0.040 W/(m・K), efficient insulation ≤ 0.030 W/(m・K)
Testing methods: Protective heat plate method (GB/T 10294), heat flow meter method (GB/T 10295)
Thermal resistance: The material layer's ability to resist heat flow, measured in m²・K/W, the larger the value, the better.
Calculation formula: R = δ/λ (where δ is the material thickness and λ is the thermal conductivity)
Heat storage coefficient: The material's ability to store heat, measured in W/(m²・K), affecting the thermal stability of the enclosure structure.
Heat diffusion coefficient: The rate of temperature change of the material, measured in m²/s, reflecting the response speed of the insulation material.
Density / unit area mass: Controls the material usage and structural load. Insulation materials typically ≤ 100 kg/m³.
Compression strength: The ability to withstand pressure. Building insulation materials ≥ 100 kPa, roof insulation ≥ 200 kPa.
Tensile strength: The resistance to stretching.plates ≥ 100 kPa,roll material ≥ 150 N/50mm
Flexural elongation:Flexible materials ≥ 50%,ensuring no cracking during construction and use.
Dimensional stability:Under the condition of 70℃×48h,he deformation rate ≤ 1.0%, ensuring the dimensions remain unchanged during long-term use.
Moisture content:≤ 5%,to avoid the influence of moisture on thermal conductivity and durability.
Fire performance:Classified according to GB 8624-2025,building exterior insulation materials ≥ A2 grade,thin plastering system ≥ B1 grade.

Processability:Convenience for cutting,drilling,and pasting in construction
Acidity coefficient:Corrosion resistance index of inorganic fiber materials,rock wool ≥ 1.6,glass wool ≥ 1.8
Water repellency:Material's ability to resist water penetration,water repellency rate ≥ 98% (GB/T 10299)
Flame drop:B1 grade materials have no flame drop,avoiding ignition of items below.
