Mercury (Hg): ≤ 1; Excluding eye cosmetics containing organic mercury preservatives.
Arsenic (As): ≤ 2; Infant and toddler cosmetics ≤ 1.
Cadmium (Cd): ≤ 5; Infant and toddler cosmetics ≤ 1.
(2) Expand detection of heavy metals (risk management and specific products)
Hexavalent chromium (Cr6+): The limit value is implemented according to the latest regulations, with a focus on cosmetics and hair dyes.
Nickel (Ni): Total amount and release, with a focus on metal contact products and cosmetics.
Antimony (Sb): a risk screening project that focuses on raw material contamination.
Copper (Cu), zinc (Zn): Content monitoring as impurities or additives.
(3) Morphological and migratory detection
Elemental forms: arsenic (trivalent/pentavalent), chromium (trivalent/hexavalent), mercury (inorganic/organic).
Mobility/Solubility: Simulating the release of heavy metals under sweat/saliva conditions.
Packaging migration: The migration of heavy metal content from packaging materials to products.
