Testing items

 

(1) Physical property indicators
Density (20 ℃): characterizes the weight and composition of oil products.
Distillation range: Initial boiling point, 10%/50%/90% distillation temperature, final boiling point, determine the boiling range and fraction composition.
Flash point (closed): Evaluate storage and transportation safety risks.
Chromaticity/Saybolt color: reflects the degree of oil refinement.
Saturated vapor pressure (Reid method, 37.8 ℃): Determine volatility and evaporation.
Kinematic viscosity (40 ℃): reflects the fluidity of the oil product.
Aniline point: associated with aromatic hydrocarbon content and solubility.

(2) Chemical composition and hydrocarbon analysis
PONA group composition: content of alkanes (normal/isomers), cycloalkanes, alkenes, and aromatic hydrocarbons.
Benzene content: a key indicator for environmental protection and safety.
Bromine valence/bromine index: characterizes the content of olefins and reflects stability.
Diene value: Evaluate the content of conjugated dienes and determine thermal stability.
Organic oxygen-containing compounds: affecting processing and product quality.

(3) Impurities and harmful elements
Total sulfur content: affects equipment corrosion and environmental emissions.
Nitrogen content: affects catalyst activity and oil stability.
Chlorine content: causes equipment corrosion and needs to be strictly controlled.
Metal elements: iron, nickel, vanadium, sodium, arsenic, lead, silicon, etc., poison catalysts.
Moisture: affects storage, transportation, and processing stability.
Mechanical impurities: blocking equipment and affecting product quality.
