Water impermeability: No leakage within the specified pressure (≥0.3MPa) and time (30min), sheet ≥0.3MPa, coating ≥0.2MPa
Anti-seepage: Rigid waterproof materials have anti-seepage pressure ≥1.2MPa, permeability coefficient ≤1.0×10⁻¹⁰cm/s
Water resistance: Quality / strength change rate after soaking ≤5%, water impermeability retention rate ≥80%
Self-healing: Ability to automatically repair small cracks, crack width ≤0.3mm can self-heal
Tensile properties: Tensile strength (sheet ≥800N/50mm, coating ≥1.2MPa), elongation at break (sheet ≥30%, elastic coating ≥300%)
Low-temperature flexibility: No cracks at the specified low temperature (-20℃~-30℃), adaptability to temperature changes
Bonding strength: Adhesion force to the base layer (coating ≥0.6MPa, sheet ≥0.5MPa)
Tear resistance: Resistance to sharp object penetration, sheet ≥30N, metal roof ≥100N
Solid content: Coating ≥65%, ensuring film thickness and durability
Drying time: Surface dry ≤4h, full dry ≤24h, meeting construction rhythm requirements
Aging resistance: Performance retention rate after thermal aging (80℃×168h), ultraviolet aging (1000h) ≥80%
Chemical resistance: Resistance to acid (5% H₂SO₄), alkali (saturated Ca (OH)₂), salt spray after performance change rate ≤10%
Heat resistance: No, no bubbling at the specified temperature (70℃~100℃)
Flame retardancy: Exposed materials ≥B2 grade (GB 8624-2012), hot-melt materials flash point ≥200℃
Environmental performance: VOC content ≤100g/L, formaldehyde ≤0.1g/kg, soluble heavy metals (lead / cadmium / chromium / mercury) ≤100mg/kg
