Detection range

Testing items
Dimensional and positional testing: evaluation of spring outer/inner diameter, free length, pitch, total/effective turns, perpendicularity, parallelism, coaxiality, end face flatness, and dimensional tolerances.
Mechanical performance testing: testing of spring stiffness (elastic coefficient), deformation under specified load, ultimate load, yield load, residual deformation, torsional torque, torsional angle, and elastic limit.
Fatigue life testing: compression/tension/torsion fatigue cycle life, durability operation test, permanent deformation, fatigue fracture performance, and reliability assessment.
Material performance testing: chemical composition, hardness, tensile strength, yield strength, elastic modulus, microstructure, grain size, decarburization layer depth, non-metallic inclusion inspection.
Surface quality inspection: inspection of surface cracks, folds, scratches, rust, peeling, bumps and other defects, evaluation of surface roughness, coating/coating thickness and adhesion.
Process quality inspection: verification of heat treatment effect, shot peening quality, end face grinding quality, rationality of rolling process, and stress relief effect.
Non destructive testing: magnetic particle inspection, penetrant inspection, used for detecting defects such as cracks and folds on the surface and near surface of springs.
Environmental adaptability testing: testing of high and low temperature mechanical properties, stress relaxation performance, neutral salt spray corrosion, moisture and heat resistance, and aging resistance.
