Applicable materials: Suitable for various gear specific materials such as high-quality carbon structural steel, alloy structural steel, stainless steel, cast iron, powder metallurgy, copper alloy, etc.

Applicable scenarios: Used for raw material incoming inspection, heat treatment quality assessment, processing accuracy acceptance, assembly meshing performance testing, in-service equipment monitoring, failure analysis, and quality arbitration testing.

Chemical composition analysis: determination of alloy element content such as carbon, silicon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, manganese, etc., and determination of material grade and composition conformity.
Mechanical performance testing: surface hardness, core hardness, quenching layer depth, carburizing layer depth, tensile strength, impact toughness, contact fatigue strength, bending fatigue strength testing.
Gear accuracy testing: cumulative tooth pitch deviation, individual tooth pitch deviation, tooth profile deviation, helix deviation, radial runout, end face runout, gear accuracy grade evaluation.
Dimensional and positional tolerance testing: accuracy evaluation of outer diameter, inner diameter, tooth width, keyway size, hole position, coaxiality, perpendicularity, parallelism, symmetry, etc.
Surface quality inspection: Inspection of appearance defects such as surface roughness, tooth surface bumps, scratches, burns, cracks, peeling, pitting, and wear marks.
Metallographic structure testing: inspection of quenched and tempered structure, carburized layer structure, grain size, non-metallic inclusions, decarburization layer, and banded structure.
Non destructive testing: magnetic particle inspection, penetrant inspection, ultrasonic inspection, used for detecting defects such as cracks, inclusions, and looseness on tooth surfaces and inside.
Mesh and assembly performance testing: evaluation of gear mesh clearance, contact spots, operating noise, vibration, and transmission stability.
Failure analysis: Analysis of failure modes and causes such as gear tooth breakage, fatigue pitting, wear, bonding, plastic deformation, corrosion, and fracture.
