Detection range

Applicable materials: Suitable for ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, duplex steel, nickel based alloys, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, titanium alloys, hard alloys, castings, forgings, welded joints, and heat-treated components, as well as some hard non-metallic materials, surface coatings, and hardening layers.

Applicable objects: including plates, bars, pipes, profiles, wires, forgings, castings, welded joints, fasteners, molds, cutting tools, shafts, container fittings, structural components, and various heat-treated/surface strengthened parts.

Applicable scenarios: Used for raw material incoming inspection, heat treatment quality assessment, welding quality inspection, surface hardening layer quality verification, product factory acceptance, failure analysis, material selection, and structural performance evaluation.

Testing items

Brinell hardness (HBW) testing: measuring the overall uniform hardness of materials, suitable for blanks, castings, and soft metals.

Rockwell hardness (HRA, HRB, HRC) testing: rapid determination of conventional hardness, suitable for quenched and tempered parts, and structural parts.

Vickers hardness (HV) testing: including micro Vickers hardness, suitable for thin layers, small specimens, precision parts, and micro areas of welded joints.

Leeb Hardness (HL) Testing: Portable on-site hardness testing, suitable for large components and on-site in-situ testing.
Shore hardness (HS) testing: suitable for hard materials such as rollers and molds.

Surface hardness and hardening layer depth measurement: detect the hardness and depth of surface hardening layers such as carburizing, nitriding, quenching, etc.

Hardness testing of welded joints: testing the hardness distribution of welds, heat affected zones, and base materials in each area.

Hardness uniformity testing: Evaluating the hardness deviation of materials or components at the same section and different positions.
