Testing items

 

Charpy impact absorption energy measurement: V-notch impact energy (KV) and U-notch impact energy (KU) testing.

Calculation of Impact Resilience Value: Calculation of Unit Section Impact Absorption Energy.

Low temperature Charpy impact test: impact performance testing at different low temperatures.

Determination of ductile brittle transition temperature: Determine the critical transition temperature between ductile fracture and brittle fracture of materials.

Impact fracture morphology analysis: Determine whether the fracture type is ductile fracture or brittle fracture.

Partition impact testing of welded joints: testing the Charpy impact toughness of the base metal, weld seam, and heat affected zone separately.

Qualification assessment of impact performance: Determine whether it meets the usage requirements by comparing it with the standards and technical requirements.
