Product Introduction

Detection range
Applicable materials: Suitable for black metals such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron, as well as non-ferrous metals such as copper alloys, aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, nickel based alloys, etc. It is mainly used for hardness testing of heat-treated components such as quenching, tempering, quenching, and annealing. It is not suitable for extremely thin, small, surface coatings, and excessively soft materials.
Applicable objects: covering plates, rods, pipes, profiles, forgings, castings, welded joints, fasteners, molds, cutting tools, shafts, and various structural components.
Applicable scenarios: Used for raw material incoming inspection, heat treatment quality assessment, welding quality testing, product factory acceptance, on-site hardness testing, and failure analysis.
Testing items
Rockwell hardness value determination: including commonly used ruler hardness tests such as HRA, HRB, HRC, etc. HRC is suitable for quenched and hardened parts, HRB is suitable for soft steel and non-ferrous metals, and HRA is suitable for high hardness materials such as hard alloys.
Hardness uniformity testing: detecting Rockwell hardness deviation in different parts of the workpiece, evaluating material and heat treatment uniformity.
Rockwell hardness testing of welded joints: testing the Rockwell hardness distribution of welds, heat affected zones, and base materials.
Hardness testing of heat-treated parts: testing the Rockwell hardness of workpieces after quenching, tempering, and quenching treatment.
Hardness qualification assessment: Compare the technical requirements to determine whether the Rockwell hardness meets the specifications.
