Raw Material Testing: Various raw materials entering the production process are inspected to ensure they meet predetermined specifications and standards. This includes analysis of main component content, types and levels of impurities, and physical properties.
Process Control Testing: During the production process, materials at key locations such as reactors and pipelines are sampled and analyzed in real-time or at regular intervals. This monitors the extent of the reaction, the concentration of key components, and the formation of byproducts, allowing for timely adjustment of process parameters to ensure the reaction proceeds as expected and optimize production efficiency.
Product Testing: The final product undergoes rigorous quality testing. Testing items typically include main component content, impurity profile, physicochemical stability, and performance indicators required for specific applications. Only products meeting the standards are released to the market.
Environmental and Emission Testing: Wastewater, exhaust gases, and waste residues generated during the production process are monitored and analyzed for the types and concentrations of pollutants. This ensures that treatment meets standards before discharge and assesses the environmental impact of production activities. The working environment within the plant is also monitored, such as the concentration of flammable, explosive, or toxic substances in the air, to protect the occupational health of personnel.
Equipment and Safety Testing: Production equipment, storage containers, pipelines, and valves undergo non-destructive testing, thickness measurement, and corrosion assessment to prevent leaks, fires, or explosions caused by equipment failure. This also includes functional testing of safety instrument systems and fire protection facilities.
