Product Introduction

Detection range
Applicable materials: Suitable for various metal materials and welding joints such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, nickel based alloys, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, titanium alloys, etc.
Applicable objects: including plates, rods, pipes, profiles, forgings, castings, structural components, pressure vessels, pipelines, low-temperature storage tanks, marine engineering, and components of low-temperature service equipment.
Applicable scenarios: Used for evaluating the anti brittle fracture performance of components serving in low-temperature environments, verifying welding processes, verifying heat treatment quality, analyzing material toughness and brittle transition characteristics, accepting low-temperature performance of raw materials and products, and conducting failure analysis.
Testing items
Low temperature Charpy impact absorption energy measurement: V-notch low temperature impact energy (KV) and U-notch low temperature impact energy (KU) tests.
Low temperature impact toughness value calculation: calculation of unit cross-sectional impact absorption energy.
Multi temperature level low-temperature impact testing: It can achieve impact testing at different low-temperature levels such as -20 ℃, -40 ℃, -60 ℃, -80 ℃, -100 ℃, -196 ℃, etc.
Measurement of ductile brittle transition temperature: Determine the critical temperature at which a material transitions from ductile fracture to brittle fracture.
Analysis of low-temperature impact fracture morphology: Determine whether the low-temperature fracture type is ductile fracture or brittle fracture.
Low temperature impact testing of welded joint zones: testing the low-temperature impact toughness of the base metal, weld seam, and heat affected zone separately.
Qualification assessment of low-temperature impact performance: Compare standards and technical requirements to determine whether it meets the requirements for low-temperature use.
