Appearance and condition: particle color, uniformity, impurities, melt color difference, product appearance, warping, deformation, cracks.
Physical and chemical properties: melt mass flow rate (MFR), density, ash content, volatile matter, moisture content.
Mechanical properties: tensile strength, elongation at break, flexural strength, flexural modulus, impact strength of simply supported/cantilever beams, hardness, compressive performance.
Thermal properties: melting temperature, hot deformation temperature, Vicat softening temperature, embrittlement temperature, thermal stability, long-term heat and oxygen aging resistance.
Environmental resistance: resistant to high and low temperatures, moisture and heat, UV aging, weather aging, oil, and chemicals.
Processing performance: molding shrinkage rate, melt index stability, thermal stability, resistance to yellowing.
Environmental Protection and Safety: Food Contact with Migratory Substances, Heavy Metals, Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons RoHS, Combustion performance (oxygen index, vertical/horizontal combustion).
