Testing items
Dimensional accuracy testing: evaluation of inner diameter, outer diameter, width, chamfer size, assembly clearance, fit tolerance, and accuracy level (P0/P6/P5/P4/P2).
Rotation accuracy detection: radial runout, end face runout, inner/outer ring rotation accuracy, rotation flexibility, and jamming resistance detection.
Mechanical performance testing: testing of bearing material hardness, core hardness, contact fatigue strength, tensile strength, impact toughness, and wear resistance.
Internal structure inspection: evaluation of raceway curvature, consistency of rolling element dimensions, cage structure and clearance, assembly symmetry, and internal cleanliness.
Surface quality inspection: Inspection of surface roughness, surface cracks, scratches, rust, burns, bumps, and other defects on the raceway, rolling elements, and end faces.
Non destructive testing: magnetic particle inspection, penetrant inspection, ultrasonic inspection, to detect surface and internal cracks, inclusions, looseness and other defects.
Sealing and lubrication testing: testing of sealing ring sealing, dust and water resistance, grease compatibility, grease leakage, and temperature rise performance.
Life and reliability testing: rated fatigue life, accelerated life test, high-speed performance, vibration value, noise value, durability operation stability evaluation.
Metallographic and material testing: Inspection of chemical composition, microstructure, grain size, non-metallic inclusions, decarburization layer, and carburized layer of bearing steel.
Assembly and working condition testing: assessment of fitting accuracy, preload force, installation coaxiality, operating temperature, and load adaptability.
