Scope of testing
(1) Product type: a full range of cosmetics, including skin care cream, lotion, lotion, essence, facial mask, cleanser, sunscreen, makeup, lipstick, foundation make-up, nail polish, shampoo, hair conditioner, hair dye and perm products, infant cosmetics, eye cosmetics, lip cosmetics, special cosmetics.

(1) Heavy metal and element risk substances
Lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium, chromium, hexavalent chromium, nickel, antimony, selenium, aluminum, boron, zinc, copper, cobalt.
(2) Organic harmful substances
Solvent class: methanol, ethanol, benzene, toluene, xylene, halogenated hydrocarbons.
Disinfection and anti-corrosion products: formaldehyde and formaldehyde releasing substances, phenol, chlorhexidine, quaternary ammonium salts.
Plasticizers: Phthalates (DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, etc.).
Carcinogens/high-risk substances: dioxane, nitrosamines, diethylene glycol, ethylene glycol ethers.
Pigments and dyes: Colorants, azo dyes, migratory pigments, and fluorescent whitening agents are prohibited.
