Welding materials for marine engineering: seawater corrosion test, hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC) test
Welding materials for pressure vessels: burst test, fatigue test, high-temperature and high-pressure performance test (NB/T 47018)
Welding materials for nuclear power: special inspection of nuclear grade materials (RCC-M standard), radioactive contamination inspection
Welding materials for bridges: anti-fatigue performance, low-temperature toughness enhancement test
Appearance and size testing: diameter tolerance, length deviation, surface quality, clear marking
Chemical composition analysis: content of elements such as C, Si, Mn, S, P, Cr, Ni, Mo, Ti, etc.
Mechanical performance testing: tensile test (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation after fracture), impact test (-20℃/-40℃ low-temperature impact energy KV₂), bending test (bending angle, bending radius, face bending / back bending / side bending)
Process performance testing: arc stability, slag removal performance, molten metal fluidity, spatter rate
Metallographic inspection of weld metal: (grain size, structure type, inclusion rating)
Hardness testing: Brinell hardness HB, Rockwell hardness HRC, Vickers hardness HV
Corrosion resistance: intergranular corrosion, pitting corrosion, salt spray test
Diffusion hydrogen content test: glycerol method, mercury method, gas chromatography method
