Detection Scope

Ordinary fired bricks, perforated bricks, hollow bricks, fired tiles, glazed tiles, concrete solid bricks, perforated concrete bricks, lightweight aggregate concrete hollow blocks, concrete tiles, pavement bricks, autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, autoclaved fly ash bricks, etc.

Detection Contents:

 

Appearance Quality: Missing edges and corners (length / depth / width limits), cracks (length / width / number, surface cracks / penetrating cracks), bending, color difference, peeling, frosting (only for fired bricks), protruding height of impurities;
Dimension Deviation: Deviation of measured values from standard values for length, width, height (thickness), batch sampling size range, verticality deviation;
Quality Deviation: Deviation of single brick (tile) quality from average quality, quality fluctuation range of batch products.

Mechanical Performance Testing
Compressive Strength: (average value / minimum value of single brick, judged by strength grade, such as MU10, MU15, MU20);
Flexural Strength: Core of fired tiles, roof load-bearing / wind resistance key, judged by grade) ;
Flexural Load: Special for fired tiles, static load flexural / impact flexural, simulate roof load) .

Durable Performance Testing:
Frosting Degree: No frosting, slight frosting, moderate frosting, severe frosting, qualified products should be without / slight frosting) ;
Limestone Cracking: Diameter / number of cracking points, judged by grade, avoid surface bulging and detachment after use) ;
Anti-Freeze Resistance: Freeze-thaw cycle test: -15℃ freezing + normal temperature melting, 15 cycles, no cracks / missing edges / peeling, compressive strength loss rate ≤ 25%, quality loss rate ≤ 5% ;
Absorption Rate: Volume absorption rate / mass absorption rate, control the density of fired bricks to avoid damage from freeze-thaw after water absorption) .
Thermal Conductivity: Energy-saving exterior wall bricks, adapted to building energy-saving requirements;
Radioactive Nuclide Limit: (must be tested for interior / exterior decoration of civil buildings, internal exposure index IRa ≤ 1.0, external exposure index Iγ ≤ 1.0) ;
Hole Rate and Hole Structure: Fired perforated bricks / hollow bricks, detect hole arrangement, hole rate, wall thickness / rib thickness, ensure load-bearing / insulation performance.
