Testing items
(1) Original paint and construction performance
Appearance: color, condition, uniformity, no mechanical impurities.
Physical and chemical properties: viscosity, fineness, solid content, density, flash point, workability, shelf life, surface drying time, actual drying time, curing conditions.
Proportion and compatibility: accuracy of two-component distribution ratio, compatibility with primer, recoating ability.
(2) Physical and mechanical properties of paint film
Appearance and thickness: Paint film appearance, coating thickness (dry film/wet film).
Hardness: pencil hardness, Shore hardness.
Adhesion: grid cutting method, pull off method.
Mechanics: impact resistance, flexibility, wear resistance, bending resistance, scratch resistance.
(3) Heat resistance and thermal aging performance (core project)
Heat resistance: high temperature retention (200 ℃ -600 ℃), thermal cycling stability.
Thermal aging: thermal weight loss, yellowing, powdering, cracking, adhesion retention rate.
Thermodynamics: thermal conductivity, linear thermal expansion coefficient, glass transition temperature.
(4) Weather resistance and environmental resistance performance
Weather resistance: Xenon lamp/UV aging, outdoor exposure test.
Corrosion resistance: neutral salt spray, acidic salt spray, copper ion accelerated salt spray, moisture and heat resistance, and mold resistance.
Medium resistance: acid resistant, alkali resistant, salt resistant, solvent resistant, oil resistant, water resistant, steam resistant.
Aging rating: assessment of powdering, discoloration, loss of gloss, foaming, rusting, and cracking levels.

(5) Electrical insulation performance (specialized for insulation coatings)
Dielectric strength, volume resistivity, and surface resistivity.
Dielectric loss tangent, arc resistance, and leakage tracking index.
(6) Functional performance
Flame retardancy: oxygen index, horizontal/vertical combustion, smoke density.
Special: hydrophobicity, self-cleaning, thermal insulation, antibacterial.
(7) Safety and environmental performance
Harmful substances: VOC content, benzene derivatives, free formaldehyde, heavy metals (lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury).
Food contact: total migration, specific migration (siloxane oligomers D3-D10, etc.), release of volatile substances.
Other: free isocyanates (if present), asbestos, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
