With the rapid upgrading of global industrial intelligent manufacturing and quality supervision standards, traditional manual non-destructive testing (NDT) is gradually facing bottlenecks such as high labor dependence, inconsistent detection accuracy, low efficiency and high operational risks. To adapt to international high-standard quality inspection requirements and realize digital, standardized and unmanned quality control, our factory has fully completed the large-scale landing and official commercial operation of the intelligent robot non-destructive testing system. The newly deployed robot unmanned NDT system is tailor-made for core products such as steel plates, steel pipes and steel wires. It integrates ultrasonic testing, surface defect identification, thickness detection, internal flaw scanning and automatic data analysis. It fully replaces traditional manual high-intensity detection work, realizes full-process unmanned operation from automatic scanning, intelligent identification, defect judgment to data archiving, and comprehensively improves the authority, stability and efficiency of product quality inspection.
