Effective live bacteria count, miscellaneous bacteria rate, mold count, yeast count, spore rate, strain purity, colony morphology, and bacterial morphology.
(3) Effective nutrient indicators
Total nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, organic matter, amino acids, humic acid, water-soluble nutrients.
(4) Limit of harmful substances
Heavy metals: lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic, chromium
Harmful substances: pathogens, parasite eggs, antibiotics, preservatives, prohibited additives, cyanides, fluorides.
(5) Health and safety indicators
Coliforms, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, fecal coliforms, and mortality rate of roundworm eggs.
