Equipment For Testing Chemical Products
Dec 15, 2025
The core analytical instruments for chemical product testing mainly include: chromatographic equipment (such as gas chromatographs and liquid chromatographs), used for the separation and quantitative analysis of complex mixtures; spectroscopic equipment (such as atomic absorption spectrometers, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometers, infrared spectrometers, and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometers), used for elemental analysis and structural identification; and mass spectrometers, often coupled with chromatography, providing high-sensitivity qualitative and quantitative information.
In addition, specialized equipment such as melting point apparatus, viscometers, flash point testers, and automatic potentiometric titrators are commonly used for physical property testing. All equipment must meet the corresponding accuracy and sensitivity requirements and possess good stability and repeatability in key parameters to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test data.
